Welcome To The Injury Alliance Blog
September 1, 2008
WELCOME
I know many of you have suffered injuries in motor vehicle crashes, work related accidents, fires, or some other devastating incident. I've seen limbs missing, faces scarred, and lives lost as a result of these accidents. I've witnessed many people valiantly attempt to tolerate the pain in their back, neck, shoulders, and joints following motor vehicle accidents. I've listened to people with brain injuries struggle to find words and memories. I want to make sure you know that there are people that care and people that want to see you get better. That's why this site exists.
I will be writing a blog every other week, which I hope will provide you with some useful information to aid in your recovery.
I am a personal injury lawyer and in this position I often find myself asking if there isn't more out there to help you get better...if there isn't some kind of magical tool to help you get your life back. As a personal injury lawyer, all I can do is help you get money to compensate you for your personal injury and pay for expenses or losses attributable to that injury. Everyone, even lawyers, know that nothing can compensate you for your losses and no amount of money makes the daily pain you experience worth it. The purpose of this blog and this site in general is to help you find your own 'magical' tool for relief from pain and to increase function.
Every now and then I come across interesting treatments for various injuries, insurance related challenges, or truly inspiring stories that are worth sharing. Occasionally, I'll have a guest blogger take my seat to give you a different perspective.
I'll be back on September 8 to talk with you about how to pay for a personal injury lawyer when you have no savings, can't work, and don't have any rich relatives to lend a hand. Hopefully, this topic will give you the information you need in order to take at least one stressful thought off your mind so that you can focus on getting better.
Until next time, be well.
Christine
