Introduction

Welcome to the Injury Alliance Inc. ("Injury Alliance") internet website. The Injury Alliance services and affiliated products are being made available to you subject to the following conditions and terms of use. Injury Alliance does not sell your information to any person or entity. Injury Alliance will not distribute your personal information to any person or entity except for the purposes of locating an attorney or health care professional on your behalf, submitting orders to product distributors, or for any other purpose that may be implied from your use of the Injury Alliance website.

Registration, Accounts, Passwords

Registration may be required to access and use certain parts of the Injury Alliance website and its services. Should you choose to register for any of the Injury Alliance services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself as required for such registration, and to update such registration information to ensure it remains up-to-date and complete. Injury Alliance grants you a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and display on your computer or other electronic access device, the content and services of this site for your own personal and non-commercial use. You may not copy, broadcast, reproduce, publish, post, transmit, distribute, perform, communicate, transfer, or sell or otherwise make available any content of this site without the prior written consent of the respective owner of the copyright of such content.

User Conduct

As a condition of your continued access to and use of the Injury Alliance website, you shall abide by all applicable federal, provincial, state, territorial and other laws and the Code of Conduct. Including but not limited to the foregoing, you agree: (a) you will not post, link, transmit or in any other way distribute any materials, information, or content that would constitute a criminal offence or create a civil liability; (b) you will not defame, harass, threaten or in any other way violate the legal rights of others using this website, nor will you act in any manner that will lessen the enjoyment of the site for other users or potential users; (c) you will not post, link, transmit or in any other way distribute any materials or information on this site that is inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful; and (d) you will not post, link, transmit or in any other way distribute or create any virus, Trojan horse, cancelbot, worm or other disruptive or harmful component.

Forums and Submissions

The Injury Alliance website may allow you to upload materials, information, advice, text, data, messages, or any of your other content to chat rooms or discussion forums available on the Injury Alliance website or by otherwise submitting any materials to Injury Alliance through any other content generating or submitting service. You agree that you are solely responsible for your content and Injury Alliance will not be liable in any way for any error or omission, or loss or damage of any kind resulting from your content.

Injury Alliance reserves the right to pre-screen your content, but is not obligated to do so. If you are a minor you must have parental consent to upload any content to a forum and Injury Alliance may require verification of such consent for you to have access to the forum and product purchases. Injury Alliance may, in its sole discretion, modify, refuse, or remove your content and / or terminate the privileges of any user to participate in the services of the website if you violate the terms of use.

Injury Alliance reserves the right to assume the exclusive choice of defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

Subscription / Membership Based Services

Certain services made available on the Injury Alliance website may be offered on a payment basis. Pay services including, but not limited to, memberships may be offered on a prepaid usage basis or on a periodic subscription / membership basis. Should you choose to purchase a pay service, you will be required to register as described above, and you will be assigned an account for such pay service based on the information you provide as part of the registration process. You agree to pay all the fees applicable for such pay service you incur including any applicable taxes. The fees for a pay service purchased through your pay service account are chargeable immediately (and at the beginning of each renewal period for such pay service, including but not limited to subscriptions / memberships) to the credit card you designated for the particular pay service account or through such other billing process as applicable.

Injury Alliance reserves the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining any fees for a pay service and to institute new fees or terms at any time effective upon 30 days notice to you, which notice shall be effective by the posting of any such changes on the relevant pages related to the payment for such services.

Please note that the subscription and / or membership pay services renew automatically on the first day of each month and shall be based on the then current rate for the particular service.

By registering for a pay service, you warrant that: (a) you are of the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside, (b) all information you submit is true and correct (including, without limitation, all credit card information), and (c) you are the cardholder of the credit card you designated for your pay service account. If fees cannot be charged to your credit card or your charge is returned for any reason, including chargeback, Injury Alliance reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the pay service.

Outside Canada, all fees are payable in American dollars. In Canada, all fees are payable in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Refund / Return Policies

All subscription / membership fees are non-refundable. You may terminate your subscription / membership at any time, which termination shall be effective at the end of your subscription / membership period.

With respect to product, Injury Alliance will honor the refund and return policies of the distributor or manufacturer of the product.
